Just like the gem gloves specifies Ore, the Skill cape specifies +1 Coal when mining Ore. I'm surprised it actually managed to last this long considering how quickly it was fixed for the gloves and relics.

Just got 99 mining based on outdated leveling advice, sadge. But somehow, I'll carry on.
