you have to have pretty low standards to play scummy with this level of spoonfeeding at this point.
Even with all the buffs, you still suffer from stun lock or abuse of very strong skills like special beam cannon, MoB, etc .And another thing, communication between 7 players is something that REALLY makes a difference. I myself have already given up playing Dragon Ball The Breakers, because it is simply depressing to play with random people.
yea, almost boring playing raider. Me representing this game was a mistake lol
If I see a premate group (All Z1+ and all 250-350+) I pick my favorite raider and have some more serious fights but very fun too - Not lost once in this season. Sometimes a bit struggling but won at the end.
So no, in my opinion the raider don't need a buff to randos
Or maybe they could end region lock but divide the queue into 2 sections, one for only random players and raiders who want to play against randoms, and another for Lobby groups of 2 or more players and the raiders who want to play against them. Then adjust the raiders stats to balance for each type of play environment. There could also be a flex queue for randoms and raiders who are willing to be placed wherever they are needed in exchange for some reward bonus or higher priority.
Basically there are lots of things they could do to try and save this game that they probably will not even try :(
I don't like the idea of nerfing premades explicitly, and here's why. Premades aren't necessarily groups with all the best skills and MLG levels of coordination. I once saw a 5-man of Oolongs go against Broly (Along with me and one other random), but they were all low level and got utterly smoked. Its hard to say how many "casual" premades their are, since aside from names often the only indicator is that they're unusually coordinated. I can't imagine how bad it would have been if they got some kind of nerf for being in a 5-man given to those poor Oolongs. I prefer nerfs to things that benefit extreme coordination and rare skills the most, so it weakens elite premades without "casual" premades getting burnt. Stuff like nerfs and reworks to stuns, or damage resistance for the Raider if he takes an enormous amount of damage in a short time.
