The issue is the same for me.

Same issue here. The dying system worked as intended for around 8 hours and since then I haven't been able to change any colours or revert back to the originals. They are stuck how I had them when the error occured.

I am even not able to dye clothing once since I download the game. Funny I think it is because I don't buy the DLC. It doesn't work even I redownload the game. It is like I can use the dye function but the color of the character will not change. Help!!!

I am having a variation of the issue: Yamat as 2nd player can't change colors in local co-op, seems to be working with everyone else.

for Yamat as 2nd player it's fixed in next version!
