Game Login Issues For Some Steam Players

We're aware of an issue where some Steam players are not able to log in to Guild Wars 2. We're very sorry for the situation and are looking into it now.

My account got blocked for security reasons. I think it is because of GeForce Now. Build: 166314 Error Code 3023:1012:7:401

Navigated through help section and found this;

Please send an email to support@arena.net for further assistance. At minimum, be sure to include the following information:

Account Name (the last e-mail address you used)
First and Last Name
The Date of Birth listed on your account
Your Guild Wars 2 Serial Code
Display Name (including the 4-digit number after the name, such as “Gamer.1234”)
A detailed description of your issue, including any error messages that you receive during the process.

I don't know what to write because i am playing through steam.

I wanted to send a ticket because I encountered an in-game bug. When trying to log in on the Support site to open a ticket, the SignIn button redirects to the same page. How do I sign in? I've tried in different browsers everywhere the same thing.

I have the issue when trying to login to arena.net. I can't login with Steam. It says "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes." on every browser I've tried. I've also cleared all site data and cookies. There's no way to contact support with the link in the post because it always redirects to login to use customer support which is itself the issue, and completely neglects the issue and defeats the purpose.

i just finish downloaded this game recently, and when i open it, it shows the game client, the issue is i can't run the game, and there is a notice saying the game is crash with code c0000005
