Carousel Issue....
So, I'm 99% Cleaned Up on the Carousel stage of the game, and no matter how many times, how many chemicals (then I run out), or which tip or pressure washer I'm using there's an extremely small piece of one of the Horses' Vertical Tubes (bars) that I just can't seem to get that last little spec of dirt off of. Should I just restart the Carousel Stage or is this potentially a small small glitch?

Have you turned the carousel on? if not. Turn it on and the last bits will be cleanable

I have and did but maybe I should go back and do it again as their may be a spot that's up in the top that I missed from turning it off and on. Thanks for that advice.

Update to you, just went and tried that suggestion and low and behold there it was on the very bottom. Thank you kindly.
