I have same issue with free play. I need to re-do subway.. but i cant start it. Nothing happens.

We are currently looking into what is causing this. Sorry you're having these issues!

I am also experiencing this issue.
Things I tried:
- looking through all free play everywhere to see if I had one started already
- Looking through the career in every category to see things were already completed
- Doing a bonus job and then trying to come back to the free play
- Restarting the game

if you contact me on the PWS Discord - name is still anghellic - I have some save files you can use that should fix the issue, or clearing your save data (for those who like to start over constantly like I do lol) should also do it. but tag me over there, or join and DM me and I'll walk you through it!

it must be a really catastrophic bug if they can't figure it out even a month later. i still can't access the dlc i paid for

No matter what level, career or DLC free play doesn't work. After pressing the Start button nothing happens.

This is even more annoying for the levels you paid money for.

I don't understand why the bug hasn't been fixed even though it's been known for a month and after several patches were released.

I got everything working, I deleted my save, and I was finally able to start the Alice DLC. And with the free DLC I noticed on Steam that I downloaded it but forgot to add it to my library. I hope that works for you too.
