I hadn't played this game in a few months and saw I never downloaded The Muckingham Files 3 and 4 + the special Summer Cruise job, I go to the steam pages for them to add to my library, they now say the DLC is in my library, but I can't download them, saying game configuration is unavailable. The updates are also not listed in my actual collection of DLC that I have bought being the special packs and the Christmas update. In-game it takes me to the Steam Store page and the same thing happens: it asks if I have Steam, try to download the dlc, config error.

I think I saw one other post saying they're having similar issues. I'd like to get this settled so I could play this game again cause I don't wanna be locked off from content.
