Health as a resource
The health system should be included as well, especially after the pandemic. I believe it would make it even more close to reality

While it would be interesting, I don't trust the dev to be able to implement it in a proper manner. Pollution was already a mess.
You speak as if history has only known one pandemic? Where does your school not teach this stuff?
More info on your idea is needed, actually, we have no idea what you're talking about yet.
Maybe they could look at the health and plaque mod from 5 to get some ideas. I have noticed that in 6 there are some ideas from Civ 5 mods.
This was in Civ 4 iirc some buildings caused sickness and some buildings and resources gave cities positive health can't remember ages since i last played.

The tile you built cities on mattered too. Jungles and flood plains were negatives for health.
