Im bummed that I took AWHILE to play this again after getting all the endings - and nothings changed. Highest setting of the "fear" and I feel no fear cause its repetitive. Womp.

The game is broken, the latest update introduced a progression blocking bug early in the story where a particular mark on a particular corpse that must be interacted with cannot be interacted with. I don't understand why such a bug would be allowed to persist more than a few hours but it has so as far as I know the game is unplayable. Maybe there's some way around the progression blocker but I couldn't find one.

this game is so damn scary! it's def become one of my favorites. lots of really intense moments and spooky events. always have a great time when i load it up for a shift.

Best horror game you can play.
I recommend trying with a heart beat monitor, and you'll see how often its high.
