Where's the best place to get UT2K3? Every version I can find either doesn't work or is an ISO file which doesn't help. Don't ask why. I know UT2K4 is better. I just want it.

Every time I'd install the game on Steam, it just unplayable due to invalid CD key, the only solution what I just solved that issue is to install Steamworks Common Redistributables on Steam Library manually.

Title pretty much. Using GOG version, the mouse cursor in the main menu and in menus is MASSIVE and seems to also change between small and large sizes, is there any file I can edit to stop this or .INI option? I know you can change the main menu fonts, i've sorted that, resolution is 1440p and is working perfectly fine but the expanding and shrinking main menu mouse cursor is a pain, is there anyway to remove or just us the desktop mouse in game instead for raw input?
