Refunded because of impossible jumps

Can't even get all the collectibles in first area because of the dumb impossible jumps after upgrade guy

Have you gotten all the upgrades yet? Eventually you get the ability to air dash up and diagonally. And I'm pretty sure theres going to be a grapple of some kind. Just started playing a few days ago so I haven't cleared the game yet.

Ya, it's a metroidvania. You probably need to come back later once you unlock an ability.

So your not supposed to get that until you get skills and come back? I wasn't sure if I could come back to that area. I might take another look and buy it again

This game is pretty forgiving in it's platforming. Once you get the jump ability a lot becomes available with jump, charge punch, jump, dash. I collected a whole bunch of stuff "early" with that. Stupid yellow doors...

This game is pretty forgiving in it's platforming. Once you get the jump ability a lot becomes available with jump, charge punch, jump, dash. I collected a whole bunch of stuff "early" with that. Stupid yellow doors...

True. There's also the special skills like the uppercut punch that can get you higher if you have the energy to pull it off. But that's if you want to grab stuff before certain abilities get unlocked.

Yeah I have experience with Ender Lillies which encourage use of combat options as movement tools.
