Don't put too much faith in Rumours, Xbox has kept this game alive they aren't gunna let it die to nonsense especially after Bethesda flopped hard and didn't make Xbutt anymoney.

At same time, Don't pre-order stuff till you can see a non paid actor review it. I won't buy anything till i see actual gameplay from people on launch day after the rug pull that was Dragons Dogma 2

The ERA of Paid Actors needs to end for video games to be properly good on launch.

Idk if Microsoft also has Bethesda MMO and FO76 which is still pulling 12-14k daily players alone, and the mmo appernetly pulls 30k players a day across all platforms. They had some room to fail and keep making money lol

But I agree wait for good reviewers you trust to give it a go and don't pre order months in advance.

Only redflag aside from lack of gameplay trailer is the fact that DEI Detected is slapped on it, But i also think DEI Detected is on a powertrip cause they flagged Hundred heros and aside from 1 character that you can quickly ditch from party it's been fine.

The people who say SoD is "Woke" don't know what that word means, Woke is forcing ideology down your throat and you being unable to do anything about it, IF i don't like a character in SoD they give you LOTS of ways to get rid of them. End of the day i'd say it's more realism than anything considering this is Earth in an apocalypse setting so OFC people are gunna do what they feel like.

Just like nobody is gunna stop me from doming them if they are obnoxious with my sniper rifle or a grenade.

Nothin sayin a guy cant wear short shorts and a bikini in the apocalypse, Society is gone don't like it then deal with it with your own hands.

If the guy wants to buy two copies let him, I personally wouldn't play any of these games in multiplayer unless it had full environment destruction and world aging + Permadeath.

Letting any website tell you what a game has and not playing it based on that is crazy wether it's some "DEI detected" crap, or any other site for that matter 😂 I have seen some of their listed reasons on those lists and they are absurd.

Either way, Yes the ones blindly following "DEI Detected" are their own enemies. I've played several games they've flagged and haven't seen anything wrong with the game aside from 1 - 2 characters that're usually optional.

The only issue for most people in hundred heros is the hunter / gatherer for your faction is a flamboyant gay guy, You only have to talk to him once and he works for your faction indefinitely after . . So just skip his dialogue and suddenly no Diversity.

DEI Detected had a purpose and it fulfilled said purpose, SBI Is gone and what's left is pretty much barred from the industry out of fear. Them flagging a game cause it has one gay guy with 10s of dialogue in the entire game is kinda unhinged.

It's a joke, because often times those who are against "woke" seem to be really upset by the "shoving of stuff down their throats" so it's fun to joke about how odd that is honestly.

But yeah the mere presence of a single rainbow seems to be enough for that silly list. Either way not sure why anyone would deprive them self of fun games just because they are offended by a singular or small aspect of the game.
