FYI, if you have a high frame rate display and prefer to enable VSYNC, you're going to want to turn OFF the setting Future Frame Rendering under display settings. This setting was capping me at 60 FPS. With this setting on, turning off VSYNC got me back up to high frame rates but with screen tearing. Once I turned of Future Frame Rendering I could leave VSYNC on and still hit a solid 120 FPS.
