Frame stuttering?

I cannot get consistent frames with this, sometimes dropping to 20 frames and I haven't had this issue with any recent games

Has anyone experienced this

I have aswell, I ran the game on all high. Then went down to medium, and now it’s on all low except for anti aliasing. I honestly dont know why the frames get so bad in a few areas

I had to uninstall razer cortex and now the game looks, sounds (sounds are loud but quality) amazing

If you have Razer Cortex to free up some backround ram try disabling that

apparently any Razer software can mess with the game, not hardware like mouse, controller, etc
