So far I'd say the game is a neat concept. I like the reactive way enemies act, expending upon the concept of T-RPG (fire emblems like) which are, in definitive, puzzle games more than war games. That make the game less random (not strange counter attacks, everything is predictible for the turn) while also allowing the dev to introduce randomness elsewhere => enemy generation, enemy swarms and so on. I saw some youtubers playing an older version and the heroes have capacity to do overwatch, in the version I'm playing right now my heroes cannot setup overwatch (blue zone) they can only attack when it's their turn (white zones) there is no mention of overwatch zones in the tutorial just attacks. is that something that changed since?...

Oh my the combat feels so slow and clunky. Please allow an option to speed it up (like, a lot). And all the camera zooms feel completely unnecessary. Also allow shortcuts to select your characters.

I salute you, I tested the demo and I will share with you my feelings which may not be shared by everyone. I find the gameplay heavy, the actions to be taken difficult to read. Every turn is a new headache. You aspire to innovate and that is commendable. However, I find that this is to the detriment of the fluidity of the gameplay.
