Blurr during vet stealth is dogsh@#
No reason for it at all. Devs are ultrafking only one blitz in the game and it's that. Remove that scam to one blitz

The first thing you need to do is to look up the word "scam".
While you are at it: do the same for toxic and gaslighting.
So many people use this words incorrectly.

To your problem:
Turn off motion blurr in the video options.
Problem solved.
I do this for every game, the whole "feature" is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and dumb.

If you use mods disable screen effects is a must imo. There's like 70 different screen effects for different damage and buff states which is cool but I really don't need black and white vision for being near death, to be totally blind in veteran stealth or to have maximum cataract vision activate as Ogryn whenever you PBB.

the vision blurring added to a LOT of things nees to be pared back, not that i have any idea why they're there. i have something blurring my screen all the time in one vet build and i've never figured out what causes it.

Who uses motion blur? I haven't even seen what your talking about. I turn off motion blur in every single game I play.
