Please note that one-worded summaries like “game doesn’t work” won’t be taken into consideration. The development team will need precise information to investigate, find a way to reproduce the issue, fix it, and update the game accordingly.

🚨 BEFORE REPORTING A TECHNICAL ISSUE

How to proceed if my game refuses to launch on Steam?

First of all, make sure your PC fulfills the minimum requirements displayed on our game store page. Also, make sure that all your drivers are up-to-date.

If it does, we suggest verifying the integrity of your game files via your Steam Library.
  • Go to your Steam Library
  • Right-click on the game
  • Go to Properties
  • Click on Local Files
  • Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files

After checking the above, if the game still refuses to launch please check if your antivirus isn’t conflicting with the launch of the game.

⚙️ HOW TO REPORT A TECHNICAL ISSUE?

As mentioned previously, the dev team will need specific details to help you sort out your issues. In most cases, they will also need your logs*, crash dumps**, save files***, and dxdiag****. You can send them to us via WeTransfer, you just need to copy/paste the link into your Steam reply and we’ll help you as soon as possible. If you're experiencing an issue, please reach out to us, using this template:

  • Bug Description: Tell us precisely where the issue occurs? How often did you encounter the issue when playing? Describe precisely what you were doing the last couple of minutes before you encountered the issue.
  • Reproduction Steps
  • Game save (mandatory)
  • Dxdiag (mandatory)
  • Screenshot(s)/Video(s) of the bug
  • In case of crashes, we’ll also need your “crash dumps” and “logs” files. (mandatory). Sometimes, we may even need your save files.

🖥️ Generate a .dxdiag**** report

When submitting your technical issue report, please provide us with a dxdiag. Here’s how to generate one:
  • Hold on the Windows Key and press R
  • The Run dialog appears
  • Type dxdiag into the search box and press Enter
  • Click OK
  • Select Save All Information
  • Set the Save as type to Text file (.txt)
  • Save the file Dxdiag.txt to your desktop so it’s easier to find
  • If the dev team asks you to send your dxdiag, please attach them using WeTransfer or SendAnywhere.
