Bribery of NPCs

Anyone having similar issue? My bribery page has a spinning circle like its thinking and I cannot use any of the bribery options at all...nothing works on that page....If I go off it, I can do things, but cannot bribe any npcs/animals/etc. due to the inability of the page working while that spinning issue is happening - even with closing server and restarting its still happening.

Hiya, the Issue still persists I'm afraid. I've just put in a ticket. Hopefully it can get fixed, since this makes playing singleplayer a bit rough
