Encountering a Bug? Read Here First.
Hello everyone, and we hope you are enjoying your time with Wolf's Gang. Though if you are opening this thread, it seems something has gone wrong. We’re sorry to hear that, and we want to do everything we can to make sure that you can get back to enjoying the game to the fullest.

Before you report your bug, please run through the following troubleshooting steps so that we can rule out these issues:

Troubleshooting
Step 1: Check the Games System Requirements
Please ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements as listed on the Steam Store Page.

Step 2: Make Sure That Your Antivirus Is Not Interfering With the Game
At times, Antivirus programs can interfere with a game running, even though there is nothing wrong with the files. Find the instructions for adding folders and exe files to your antivirus’s whitelist from their site, and do so for the files of this game.

Step 3: Update your Graphics drivers and OS.
Make sure that your graphics drivers and the OS you are running have both been updated to the latest versions.

Step 4: Verify Integrity of Game Files through Steam
To verify the integrity of the game files on Steam, follow the instructions here.

I’m Still Having A Problem, What Next?
If you have tried the above steps, and you are still encountering an issue with your gameplay experience, it’s time to report a bug! To report a bug, please create a new thread in the discussion boards with the following information. (Alternatively, if you see a thread that is describing identical symptoms, you can respond with this information there).

System Specs
First thing we’d like is some information about your computer. Get as much of this information as you can:
  1. CPU
  2. Graphics card
  3. Version number of installed graphics driver
  4. Size of System Memory
  5. OS Version
  6. Antivirus being used
  7. Your region
In Windows, you can also obtain most of this information through the DxDiag report, you can include this with your bug report as well. You can get information on how to run DxDiag on Windows 10/11 here[support.microsoft.com].

Description of Bug and Reproduction Steps
In as much detail as possible, describe what you are experiencing in the game. At what point in the game did the bug happen? What did the bug do in the game? Please attach screenshots and video (via an unlisted Youtube video) of the bug if you have any.

If the bug is happening consistently when doing the exact same things, include the exact things you did in the game to cause the issue so that we can replicate it.

Additionally, if you can find any errors in Windows Event Viewer related to the game files, please include that report as well. You can find information on how to do this here[www.howtogeek.com].
