I have tested another game and work well. Maybe depend on game?
Now not have a time for go support but i want ask if can depend on certain games.
Edit: I have tested in other games but freeze the video after few seconds but the sound works.

- Launch the Gecata program
- Press the cogwheel button (Settings) and select the option Video, enable the Alternative Capture mode.
- Try to capture the game again.

But the video, with this option, after few seconds freeze too. And listen only the sound.

About freeze i mean only on recording not crash the game.
Edit: I have tested with another computer and have same issue.

Hello sorry for the delay. I check this area every time i log in.
In any cases i tested bannerlord and rainbowsix siege, not only extraction because in that game have black screen, but i have freeze on the video. I not mean computer but only on recording.
I tested in other computer and have similar thing.

- If you are using other game capture programs, please turn them off while using Gecata.
- Open the Gecata program settings, click on the "Other" tab and uncheck the "Use graphics card memory to speed up performance" checkbox. Try to capture the game again.
Not change nothing still freeze after 1-2 seconds. I have only antivirus in background and driver for nvidia. Nothing else.
