您好，您可以尝试到游戏根目录文件夹中，使用该文件夹中的exe启动程序打开游戏，查看是否会出现弹窗。如果出现了弹窗，您可以截图该弹窗，前往我们的Discord中文频道或通过我们的客服邮箱联系客服，我们将协助您解决游戏问题。
