The introduction of the NPC collectors suddenly made house warehouses very important. If you find items that a collector wants, but not that week, you need to save them for a time when they do want it. That can eat up space fast.
I think it would be very useful if we could upgrade (for money, of course) the house warehouse size like we can with the Pawn Shops.
