Is there a prestige upgrade locked behind something?
I've got 128/129, but I'm not seeing any unclaimed nodes on the prestige map when I ascend, is there any that are locked behind something that aren't available until I do something in particular?

Two heavenly upgrades require two (which I assume you already got) and four number 7's in your total prestige level when ascending to unlock.
