Problems with lag, high CPU usage, and other game performance issues
Age community, we need your help! We're looking for more information to track and investigate issues causing lag, high CPU usage, and other performance issues in Age of Empires IV.

If you've experienced anything like this, please reach out to our Customer Support team with Warning Logs and DxDiag files:

when i click play it tells me i don't have direct x installed when i do then it crashes.

camera lag with panning still not fixed

The latest patch broke the game. A ton of bugs. You didn't do any testing before you release it?

I have had constant issue where ASUS TUF 3090 sometimes refuses to draw more than 150W, drops to 10-15 fps.

After the new update, the game does not see the GTX series graphics cards. I don't want to go to beta and play. Fix your mistake.

For now i literally cannot play, i have not very good PC but it worked really well
since newest patch my game loads the main menu for like 7-8 minuites when it used to need 20 seconds.... i hope y'all will fix that because AoE4 is real fun, i wish i could play it doe...
