Questions about the Transcendent level.

Hello, can you please tell me what to do in Transcendent? The game says that instead of cultivating, I need to take elixirs, but where do I get them? And to break through to the next level, you need artifacts that I also don't understand where to find. Can you describe in detail what is where and how? Thank you in advance.

You need Heavenly Essence Pills to cultivate to accumulate Qi now. To Breakthrough levels, you now need Primordial Air- Demon for Middle Transcendent level and Primordial Air- Life for Late Transcendent level. Now to get them, the Pills and the Primordial Airs, you need to complete missions in the Cultivation Alliance and use contribution to buy it from the Alliance Treasure Building.
