Rare Creature Variants?

Has anyone seen any rare variants of the various creatures? I found a Basking Bewl with two head spots instead of just one and haven't seen another like it since. I'm curious if there's more of these types of critter.

I know that certain ones come with variations, like the crystal sprugs come in different colors. Same with rainbow sprugs. Crested Winnows (M) might come in different forms?

Ive noticed a few, i think the crested winnows (M) are the most diverse in terms of variations. There is also another basking bewl with hair marks too

There's also a basking bewl with no spots, although I think it may be incredibly rare as I've only found and caught one while I've seen several two-spotted and hairy ones
