As part of the AMA modding team, we were and are considering it. But yeah, the reviews are really really frightening so.. let's say it's not on top of the list..
I'm goofing around with it right now, I've figured out how to set up a machine translate for it and seeing what it's about.
And yeah the review score throws me for a loop as well; I'm expecting something catastrophic.
I was not able to understand anything with a machine translation i used one on pc and one on phone too look and translate , both worked but Google translations where not understood by me and in phone the letters where also very tinny
There are zero english games for this type (wuxia rpg/strat). Id pay double for an english version or mod!
"Modern wuxia stories are largely set in ancient or pre-modern China. The historical setting can range from being quite specific and important to the story, to being vaguely-defined, anachronistic, or mainly for use as a backdrop. Elements of fantasy, such as the use of magic powers and appearance of supernatural beings, are common in some wuxia stories but are not a prerequisite of the wuxia genre. However, the martial arts element is a definite part of a wuxia tale, as the characters must know some form of martial arts. Themes of romance are also strongly featured in some wuxia tales." - Wikipedia page for Wuxia
tl;dr: Any game that follows a martial artist, especially ones that are pretty much superhuman, is probably able to be considered wuxia. I can't be bothered to list all of them, but two that come to mind are Tales of Immortal, Path of Wuxia, and Jade Empire (A classic).
Just search steam for martial arts + RPG.
To be fair Tales of Immortal is more Xian Xia. Which holds more fantastical elements.
For an equivalent, think of Wuxia as low fantasy and Xian xia as high fantasy. Not precise, but close enough.
