Game is capped at 60 FPS
I just bought this the other day on sale, and it's supposed to have the frame rate unlocked. However I can only get 60 fps at all times.

Is there something I need to do/edit to uncap the frame rate?

Also, why does it bring up this games Steam store page on my default browser every time I quit the game?
