Hi, you can restore maps from the workshop, you need to find your steam installation folder and search for your mapname inside of it (you can search your whole PC but it's slower of course).
Once you find the mapname.ph2 file make sure that the folder the mapname.ph2 is located in might not have the correct name, but instead just consist of a bunch of numbers - make sure to rename the folder to whatever your maps name was.
You can then put the folder the mapname.ph2 file is located in into "C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\PerfectHeist2\Saved\LevelEditor", and it should appear the next time you open the in-game level editor!
