Can't really answer everything here considering that I haven't beaten the game yet. But regarding how much content there is I would recommend this website. There you can search for games and see how long certain game might be:

Said website mentions something like 24 if you want to 100% Epic Mickey. I bought it during the Winter Sale and I'm happy with the price tag of 30,00€ ;-)

Thank you, I read some negative reviews that the game is boring and not much added in terms of content.

Depends on if you already played the original game for Wii or not, as this will cut down on time a first time player would need in order to learn the controls, figure out where to go, etc. My first playthrough took around 20 hours (I had never played the original before). Subsequent playthroughs can be much shorter. You will need at least 2 playthroughs to unlock everything and get all achievements.
