For the "thinner" ending you must actually ignore the animatronics and not finish Pete and Horace's quests as well as not bringing back the journal in Small Pete's quest. (in addition to defeating all the bosses with thinner of course) This will trigger the bad/thinner at the end of the game cutscene even if there are plenty of other actions you can do in your run the "wrong way", they do not directly influence the final cutscene.

However for the "Out of my way" achievement, you just need to defeat all the bosses with thinner and ignore the animatronics soooo you technically do not need to "finish" the "thinner ending"

Yeah that was my main question.

So the side quests dont matter for the "out of the way" achievement outside of the Animatronic Friends.

Im aware of the cutscenes being different if you finish the quests, which makes the ending better/worse if you did them or not, but seems thats just extra.

One im kinda worried about is the one in the Manor since the Madam can insta kill it if you do her quests.

Does this matter for the achievement?

Pretty sure it doesn't change anything, you can let her kill him if you want

now i keep on progress the game, more and more failed quest.
when i stuck on some screen, i don understand the quest, i move on

and and hidden area that i not yet paint? that hidden achievement paint mean street. already check whole section over 1 hour still cannot trigger

For painting Mean Street, double-check that you really got everything--it definitely works as intended, even on your first visit. Some of the common culprits that people miss easily:
- the cloud in front of the clock of the train station
- the wooden clouds on the walls
- bushes/lamp posts
- some of the awnings blend in VERY well with their houses

after extra hour check, only know is one red chest when starting on station, behide the wall, i use thinner when first time visit mean street, paint that chest achievement unlock
