How do I give orders to trucks?
I've managed to get a plane to go to an airport, but I cannot get a livestock truck and a grain truck to go to farm.

Exactly the same as with planes, but instead of an airport, you'll need to have built lorry stations (under the "road construction" menu) next to the farm, where your trucks can go and pick up the goods.
