Wandering mouse
This isn't the first game this issue has happened to for me. I pretty much keep to my Deck and nothing else. Somehow my mouse is now scrolling across the screen and I can't accurately play the game now because of it. I've flirted running different protons, experimental and hotfix. Nothing works, even uninstalling the game and re-downloading it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Just a random thought, have you tried a different mouse?

How would I use a different mouse when I'm using my joystick from the Deck? I'm talking about the mouse that's used to point and click on things in the game.

If you are using the Steam deck, try to disable the trackpad for a moment and see if it still drifts. If not, try to switch up the dead zone settings/sensitivity and see if that helps. I would also recommend recalibrating your trackpads if possible.

When you look at the games page in your library, click on the controller icon next to the settings button and change the configuration to "Mouse Only". I had this same issue and it has to do with what controller configuration you are using.

Thanks. I'm on PC, it was already set to WASD and Mouse, but disabling Steam Input did the trick.
