Impressions about demo

So the game feels really solid. I like how shooting feels and throws works really well. Although I think that the game requires a little more visual polish in interface elements. Maybe some up and bottom panels for icons? Also dash looks not very useful now. I guess it's because it doesn't increase speed of the ship.

Cool, thank you for your feedback!

Yeah, we're likely going to overwork the top UI panel for the Powers and Upgrade Protocols one more time. And Dash will get another visual upgrade, to make it more distinct and give better feedback for the speed changes.

I think dash is very useful to be honest, and thought that it did give a small boost to speed

reminds me of these old flash games

like these bubble tank armor games from what feels centuries ago
if its the same devs it would surprise me

I highly advise you to check Star of Providence also if you like such kind of games.
