Thank you for the update.. Where is the save game options? Game doesn't save if I leave in the middle of a run

really great game, nice work! I second D9's comment about mid-run saving; right now the runs are just too long, and although the steam deck's suspend function works great, it kind of ties up the device and doesn't let me play other games

You can see your savegames when you launch the game and select "Load Game" from the main menu. It will show you your three save slots, of which you initially just use one.

About the mid-run saves: Yeah, this is something that is definitely coming. It will just require a bit more technical preparation first.

Besides that, we'll also be tweaking run length and NG+ difficulties in the next balance patch, probably in a few days. So runs won't be quite as long as they are now, which should help with that issue in the meantime.

So glad to see that shops will appear more frequently. Most runs I was able to see one shop in first or second biome and that was it. Overall seems like a great update, thank you!

Hey thanks for the quick implementation of the controller deadzone changes I asked for! Will test them later! Small typo: You mean DECREASED controller deadzones (I hope haha)!

I was thinking the exact same thing lol, hoping that it is DECREASED since it was already massive
