Yandere vs normal
Between Yandere and normal mode. Which one is more "beginner frendly"? And in yandare mode, does Saiko stop being aggresive at some point or is she constatly trying to kill you?

Yandere Mode is Easier, as it is basically a Tutorial.

I would boot up Yandere mode first and explore the school before getting Saiko's attention. Learn the controls etc while it's daytime in the school and you can see.
If you're nice to Saiko on normal you can go an entire playthrough with her seldomly ever becoming aggressive, but if you do that you never learn how to "fight" her.
So if you want to relax, normal nice playthrough is good. If you want to learn how to handle Saiko on harder difficulties Yandere will give you the skills you need for that.
