I am getting annoying frame drops whenever I am driving. If I turn the graphics down it goes away somewhat. But whats the point of playing such an old game with reduced graphics. And even in reduced graphics it doesn't fully go away. Is there a fix? I have global VSync on and uncapped frame rate. Tried changing all the settings. Nothing is actually helping except for playing it on low settings....

I've only played the original Vice city steam version and the mouse aiming wasn't all that great even though it probably wasn't even needed since it has some sort of lock on still?

I just tried to launch original Vice City but it didn't launch and no error message was given. I reinstalled it and played it as administrator on both Windows 7 and Vista compatibility and it still didn't launch, no error message was given. What to do?
