why can not play online
from one week i can not play any online event , before play normaly

You might of got banned, there has been a ban wave.

Make sure you set your home in mexico! If your game starts in Hot wheel world horizon life will not work. I had a same problem, set your home in mexico and reload your game. Online services will come back.
