It isn't worth the effort to attempt. Early Access saves aren't meant to carry over to the full 1.0 version, as there were many changes. There is no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ support for editing and importing a pre-1.0 save, and people who have done so against recommendation have reported various bugs and major problems with quest progression.
