How do I holster the weapon and hide HUD?

I want to make some nice screenshots but it is frustrating when you can't hide HUD. Any ideas how to do it?

I understand that I can remove weapon from inventory, but it is interesting if I can just press one button to do so

To holster the weapon hold Q on the keyboard, or D-Pad down on the gamepad.
