how rare is it for marisa kirisame appearing in early game before achieving izakaya lvl2, happened to me once (without dlc at all), i was wondering why didnt she appear anymore

I've got everyone in Former Hell up to Bond Lv 5, and while the other two partners from DLC 1 simply required reentering their respective areas, I'm getting no luck with Kisume . Is it maybe a case of letting the day roll over, and coming back the next? Interacting with a certain harvesting spot? Walking around in a certain area? Maybe I haven't done something I need to yet? I'm just not sure, and maybe a little stubborn, since I don't want to progress further without properly completing ...

This game looks fun but I feel like my minimal knowledge of Touhou might cripple my enjoyment

As title goes, i want to play it but seeing english is still beta or smth and they still make content for it and im not really in a rush to play rather play when everything is done / dlcs.
