Logistics Mod Question

I have seen mods that just increase the amount of supply logi units have but I was wondering, from a modding standpoint, if it would be possible to make a mod so that logi units that are able to retreat from the battlefield go on a cooldown similar to how planes do and then are able to be called in again for the same or even a increased cost instead of the sell option one time use we have for them now. Them seems more immersive and realistic to me.

I looked around for a mod that might do something similar but I didn't find one. If I missed it please let me know.

I don't know if there's a way to do that. You can make it so a unit can be sold, but I don't think you can make units that have been sold available to purchase again with the current tools.

highly doubt this is doable. the modding tools leave a lot to be desired as is. just be happy we can mod at all.

Thank you both for the responses. I am rather new to Warno so I am unfamiliar with the constraints on modding it.

The reason I inquired was cause It just feels weird that there is a very limited amount of supply instead of supply lines of a sort. Just a minor nitpik on my part.

I decide to tinker around a bit and I was able to remove the sell option from the UH60A_Supply and and the Evac. Now I am just trying to figure out how to get it to execute if the is at all possible. Right now the Evac button doesn't do anything.

maybe mess around with unit tags in the units file? The functionality may be innately only be permitted for certain types of unit class.

I looked at the tags a little bit and plan to dive more into them. I am also trying to find the guts of the evac command. I am hoping I can find it and build up from there to be able to add evac easily to any unit I want.

Yeah that first part is nice and easy. The evac thing, I don't know. You'd have to look at the air stuff.
