Does anyone know how to get these achievements? Where is the red gnome ? What is the password in the ice cream area ? I couldn't figure out how to find these

I'm not looking to reset my save before the next patches happen so I was wondering if anyone else that had the time figured out what you got when you find all the gnomes?
