After clearing a chapter and choosing a plot twist, I didn't receive any tomes (the tier-3 currency) for perks/upgrades. Just finished 2 runs with Cone Dog and noticed my Tome count hasn't changed. Is this a bug, or have the requirements for earning tomes changed?
