Broken mods keeping game from starting?
Recently added the mods 'Wormhole', 'ExpandedMinecarts', and 'InventoryKeeper' to mine and my friend's games, and now the game will not launch unless 'no mods' is selected, even when said mods are removed or disabled. Is there any way to fix this?

If this were me, I'd backup my saves and completely wipe the folder and reinstall.
