The ending where you choose to give up your power and delete your save file.... was extremely awkward. Was it needed to close the game to desktop? Typically games end and then put you back in the title screen. Changing this "trope" had no purpose except to confuse the player. I thought my game crashed through the ending moment. I had to look up a video showing the ending to make sure I didn't miss anything, since the game deletes my save file, I won't be able to boot the save file again to verify if that was the complete scene.

I can see the "story" design choice, as, "Your character sacrificed itself, there is nothing more, everything is gone, so the 'game and the save file' is gone too." I wholeheartedly don't like this design.
