Here’s another hotfix that addresses the issues some of our players have been experiencing. Please see the patch note below for more details.

1. Improved Controls
- All weapon offsets have been reset and the default values have been optimized. Please note that this means that you may need to recalibrate the weapon offset/angles, especially if you’ve tweaked it prior to the patch.

2. Bug Fixes
- The issue where guest players couldn’t shoot down RPGs and enemy grenades has been fixed.
- Raul no longer gets stuck in objects in certain areas of the story campaign.
- You can now properly block players after kicking them in multiplayer.

Also, some players might be experiencing less than optimum latency while playing on the same platform, especially if you’re playing the horde mode. Disabling the crossplay option should help greatly with the issue.

Lastly, please note that the launch discount (-10%) for Crossfire: Sierra Squad will be ending and the game will be returning to its regular price on November 15th (Wednesday).

Crossfire: Sierra Squad has left Steam Early Access and is now a full release!

Since entering Steam Early Access on August 28th, we have listened to your passionate feedback and worked towards many additions and improvements to ultimately deliver an experience that both our community and our team can be proud of.

Here are some highlights of added features and improvements we’ve made since launching in Early Access:

• Weapon control improvements such as optional manual reloading, better scope mechanics, hold and toggle, angle alignment, offhand control, etc.
  
• UX improvements such as cross-platform play with PlayStation VR2 and PC VR, improved matchmaking with a public lobby system for squad missions, an additional difficulty setting, additional combat sequences, etc.
  
• UI improvements such as weapon perk notification, highlighting the tutorial in the story campaign, refining the navigation guide, HUD on/off option, etc.
  
• Unlocked Realism Mode from the start
  
• bHaptics support
  
• And of course, bug fixes

1. Crossplay Functionality
- PC VR (Steam) and PSVR2 users can now play together!. You’ll also have the option to disable crossplay should you choose to.
- You’ll be able to see which platform your party members are playing on.
- Please note that voicechat will be disabled if you’re playing with someone from another platform.

2. Multiplayer Optimization
- Your controls should feel more responsive (especially with latency issues) on multiplayer as a guest.

3. Improved Weapon Controls
- You can now use the auxiliary hand to remove the magazine with certain guns.
- You can now set your grab release delay time (0.1 ~ 0.5 sec). This should help if you’re having trouble holding onto your weapons.

4. Gameplay Improvements
- You can choose the specific UI elements that you’d like to see on the arcade mode. Please note that the only UI element you can turn on/off on the realism mode is the “navigation” guide arrows.
- You can now shoot (and blow up!) grenades thrown by allies. This also works with grenades, RPGs and drone missiles from enemies.

5. Bug Fixes
- The issue where the auxiliary hand influence wasn’t working right when pressing the toggle button with manual reload enabled has been fixed.
- You can now properly see your teammate (guest player) reloading manually.
- The delayed sound effects on certain weapons with manual reload enabled has been corrected.
- The issue where the weapon sound effects of your friendly NPC persisted even when a guest player joins (and replaces the NPC) has been fixed.
- Rounds fired by LAVs no longer stay floating in the air.
- NPC ragdoll effects were sometimes off in specific multiplayer situations. This has been fixed.
- The issue where the “ghost” player could block other players and NPCs has been fixed.

This is our first update of October and as usual, we’ve added many features requested by our community. Please see the patch note below for more details.

1. Manual Reloading
- You’ll now get the option to choose manual reloading when you log into the game for the first time. You can, of course, change this setting any time.
- With the option enabled, you’ll be able to manually reload most of the weapons similar to how they behave in the real world.
- Please note that we’ll be taking in user feedback to tweak this feature as we move forward.

2. Multiplayer Improvement
- You’ll now be able to choose between online/offline play when starting the Squad Mission.
- By having the online play enabled, other players will be able to drop in and join your missions.

3. Tutorial Campaign Improvement (Story Campaign 02)
- Similar to what we’ve done with Story Campaign 01, Campaign 02 has been reworked to offer better gameplay experience.
- The “sniping phase” of the mission has been shortened and new combat areas have been added.
- There are more weapons on the map now for players to experiment with.

4. Misc. Improvements
- Control guide page has been added to the tutorial where you can see the button settings, as well as see the weapons you’ve equipped.
- You can now adjust the offset value for your weapons to tweak the controller angle.
- Minor UI/UX elements have been improved for better visibility.
- We’ve tweaked the controls for Valve Index slightly. This should hopefully make it easier to hold onto the weapons without dropping them.
