Bug: Seren's Barrage Early?

I was on my second run and got Seren's Barrage on the second floor of the fire dungeon. I then killed the boss and got a pop up saying that Seren's Barrage can now appear in future runs

The spell was dropped by a regular enemy and was just sitting there for me to grab.

Hey!

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I wrote the wrong spell name, sorry about that!. It should say "Seren's Falling Star". In Seren's boss fight he fires a giant meteor at you that you have to destroy . After defeating him that spell will be unlocked and you'll be able to find it in future runs.

The upcoming Eldritch Domain Update will fix that text. I hope you're enjoying the game so far!

Also I could break it when the boss used it

I'm assuming you meant you *couldn't break it? It can be tough because homing spells and spells on the ground don't work. Try using spells you can aim to shoot it down, like Serens Barrage!
