It is a problem with the game. It's the only game I have this problem with. Just because it's not happening on your system, doesn't mean it's not happening on other systems.

This issue might appear if you’re using the Direct3D default graphics driver. To fix this, Manage --> Browse Local FIles, then launch Winsetup.exe and select OpenGL in the “Driver” tab."
