Yeah exactly (I released a mod for the first game/episode), So I'm hoping to hear they'll add that with the release of the full episode, or get an ETA on when to and if I should expect it, so I can 'get to work'!

I would assume so even if its not right away given the severe lack of content in said workshop and might not be on the top of the dev list. Even then the game didn't go through major engine changes so manual installation could also be an option, but i'd worry about finishing the first coffee talks before bouncing to the next project as its already moving slow enough as it is.

I am playing the first game with the voice acting mods in the first game and those are amazing. I wish the dev adding the workshop in the future and you can find the original cast to make VA again. Good luck.

Well that makes two people. Devs, if you're reading this -- Add mod support and I'll return to the role of Barista and pull some strings to see whether the cast of Coffee Talk's voice mod is up for a round two.

I imagined the devs would have done this already and gotten intouch with some of you guys who did voice work. I wonder what their thinking on it was. Clearly they wanted to push this game further and this was one area i previously thought they might pay attention to. I'm just trying to think of any reason and i can't. I mean i can come up with a list but it just isn't as valuable as voice overs.

Yeah that sums it up. Mod support arrived late into the first games cycle, so It's possible they'll continue that trend. One of the developers that worked on the first game also passed away; It could be the case they were the one working on the mod support system.

Though given there's no change in engine or anything drastic like that, it should in theory not be too complicated to implement.

My dream mod! The voice work for the first game was so good. Would love a voice mod for part 2.

On it, though the process is time consuming.

I hope to have everything finished by summer. I'm working on getting a new PC as the old one connected to the studio broke down; Of course, I can only speak for my role as the Barista. The others are/were cast by a third-party. Here's hoping they'll also release another mod for the full cast!

This is great news! I can be patient so take as much time as you need. I'm just happy to know it is being worked on.

Was there any update on the mod?

Still hard at work to finance a replacement PC. I'm definitely making the mod, the question currently is ''when?'' due to the aforementioned.
